  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the item is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and qualify for a full refund.

  Scheduled Collection

  Our specialized furniture logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the professional removal and transport of the item.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once the item arrives at our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
